We operate the latest BROTHER GTX PRO digital direct-to-garment printing machines, enabling rapid pattern design based on client requirements or printing from existing artwork provided by the client.
This allows us to produce printed garment samples quickly, as well as handle small-batch production with the shortest possible lead time.

EMBROIDERY

We operate the latest BROTHER single-head 10-needle embroidery machines, allowing us to quickly create embroidery designs based on client needs or work with existing embroidery data provided by the client.
This enables fast production of embroidered garment samples as well as flexible small-batch production.

LASER

We operate the latest xTool laser machines, enabling rapid design and production of laser-engraved logos and goods based on client requirements, or using existing designs provided by the client.
This allows us to produce laser-processed samples quickly, as well as handle small-batch production within a short lead time.

Design Proposal & Sample Development
デザイン提案・サンプル制作

Based on the discussion, we propose design concepts or produce samples using design data provided by the client.
お打ち合わせ内容をもとに、当社よりデザイン案をご提案、またはお客様よりご支給いただいたデザインデータをもとにサンプルを制作いたします。

Sample Review & Revisions
サンプル確認・修正検討

The client reviews the sample, and we determine whether revisions are required for the sample itself or the design.
完成したサンプルをご確認いただき、サンプル修正またはデザイン修正の方向性を決定いたします。

Revised Sample & Final Approval
修正後サンプル制作・最終確認

A revised sample is produced based on feedback, followed by final confirmation prior to mass production.
修正内容を反映したサンプルを制作し、量産前の最終確認を行います。

Order Confirmation & Mass Production
ご発注・量産開始

Once final approval is received, we proceed with order confirmation and begin mass production.
最終確認完了後、お客様より正式なご発注をいただき、量産工程へ進行いたします。
